1. Introduction

Welcome to Vingoals. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vingoals website, app, and related services. By accessing or using Vingoals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Who Can Use Vingoals

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vingoals. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the services.

3. Using Vingoals

Vingoals is a productivity and planning tool that helps users organize tasks, boards, reminders, routines, and progress through a bingo-style or gamified task experience. We may update, change, improve, or remove features from time to time.

4. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Vingoals or other users.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Vingoals may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions.

Subscriptions are currently purchased through Apple only.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • pricing and features will be shown before purchase
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
  • you can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple
  • refunds, if any, are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable law

If a free trial is offered, it may last 7 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription may begin automatically at the end of the trial period.

6. Your Content

You may create or store content in Vingoals, such as tasks, boards, notes, reminders, rewards, and other materials. You keep ownership of your content. However, you give us permission to process and use your content only as needed to operate and improve Vingoals where applicable. You are responsible for the content you create or upload and for making sure you have the right to use it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the services for illegal purposes
  • interfere with or disrupt the services
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
  • upload malicious code or harmful content
  • misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the services except where allowed by law
  • infringe the rights of others

8. Privacy and Security

Your use of Vingoals is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect the security of the services, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be secure or error-free.

9. Availability

We work to keep Vingoals available and functioning well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. There may be times when the services are unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, or issues outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Vingoals, including software, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and other elements of the services, are owned by or licensed to Vingoals and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

11. Disclaimer

Vingoals is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vingoals is intended for productivity, planning, and organizational support only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vingoals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

13. Third-Party Services

Vingoals may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple, analytics providers, sign-in services, and other tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Termination

You may stop using Vingoals at any time. You may also delete your account through the in-app account deletion flow. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates legal, security, or operational risk.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Vingoals, legal requirements, or business operations. If we make important changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice through the app, website, or email where appropriate. Your continued use of Vingoals after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
